OK, so World book day was last week, OK, I’m a little late, but guess what? My reading recommendations are well worth the wait!
- Humans of New York (HONY) by Brandon Stanton
Actually, you may have already heard of this one as it is an Amazon bestseller. The book is a collection of pictures of complete strangers in NY and their stories. Enlightning, heart breaking, motivating, each story will touch your heart or make you smile, and maybe restore your faith in humanity.

2. PostSecret by Frank Warren
My second book crush also doesn’t have a lot of text. The concept is simply brilliant: people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a postcard. The book (latest one of 6 already published) showcases the best, most candid, deepest (darkest?) secrets. Why not send yours?
