Scream Queen (FOX)
You’ll probably only enjoy that one if you’re under 25, but it is worth mentioning so you’ll know what your kids are talking about this fall…. A cross between « Glee » and “American Horror Story », Scream Queen revolves around a college campus that is bombarded by a series of murders. The cast for this show is enormous: Jaime Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, plus Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas as guest stars….
The show centers on a Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander),who finds herself at the center of an investigation after climbing out of a duffel bag in the middle of Times Square with her memory wiped and no clue as to what the extensive tattoos on her body mean. The FBI begin to follow the road map on her body to reveal a larger conspiracy while bringing her closer to discovering the truth about her identity.
The Family (ABC)
This thriller follows the return of a politician’s young son who was presumed dead after disappearing over a decade earlier. As the mysterious young man is welcomed back into his family suspicions emerge — is he really who he says he is?
The Grinder (FOX)
Rob Lowe and Fred Savage star as brothers in this unique comedy. When a TV lawyer’s (aka “The Grinder”) hit series is canceled, he is at a crossroad in life. He decides to move back to his small hometown under the impression that his experience as a television personality has prepped him to take over his family’s law firm.
